We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Automation Consultant/ Manager with 8+ years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. As the Marketing Automation Consultant /Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development, execution, and optimization of marketing automation strategies to enhance lead generation, customer engagement, and overall marketing efficiency. Your expertise in marketing automation platforms and your ability to analyze data will play a critical role in achieving our business goals.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.) and CRM systems.
- Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data to make data- driven decisions.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing automation campaigns.
- Experience in lead scoring, segmentation, and data management.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross- functional teams.

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing automation strategies to support lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer retention initiatives.
- Implement automated workflows, trigger-based campaigns, and personalized content to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align automation efforts with overall business objectives.
- Manage and optimize the marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.) to ensure its effective use for various marketing campaigns.
- Monitor system health and data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration with other marketing and CRM systems.
- Create, implement, and measure automated marketing campaigns across different channels, including email, social media, web, and more.
- Perform A/B testing and analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for optimization and improved performance.
- Regularly track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive data-based decision-making.
- Establish lead scoring models to prioritize and route leads effectively to the sales team.
- Work closely with sales to ensure a smooth lead handover process and optimize lead-to- customer conversion rates.
- Maintain a clean and organized marketing database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Segment the database to create targeted and personalized marketing campaigns for various customer segments.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing automation tools and trends to recommend and implement new technologies that enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Provide training and support to marketing and sales teams on marketing automation best practices and platform usage.
