What Are Order Actions?
Actions that can be performed on subscriptions, such as creating, renewing or canceling an existing subscription, and adding a new product, are called order actions.
Here’s how you can create multiple order actions and schedule them for future, on Zuora:
Create New Subscription
- Create a new subscription for a customer account
- Change the default price of the charges
Add Product
- Add a product to an existing subscription

- Update the terms and conditions, such as billing period and timing
Renew Subscription
